Dow Polyols Expansion Project and improved CPP Building

Engineering, production and erection of steelconstruction, grids, light weight concrete flooring plates, doors and cladding and equipment like vessels and pumps. The project was entirely executed as an expansion to a plant in operation. Because of that, there was limited space for workpreparation and lay down area/storage of materials. This resulted in a very strict just-in-time planning which placed extra pressure on workpreparation and logistics. Major parts of the project were designed during execution which resulted in an expansion of the scope during this phase. New piperack, Expansion existing piperack, Construction Substation, Transformer house, airconditoning, doors. Construction Control room, steelconstruction for various processbuildings with or without cladding.
